These Terms of Service govern your use of craftsmandecor.com and any purchase you make from Craftsman Decor. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Craftsman Decor is a custom furniture workshop located at 1002 Nature Way, Benton, Arkansas. You can reach us at 501-313-1164 or info@craftsmandecor.com.

Using this site

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to reproduce, copy, or resell any part of it without our written permission. We may refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason.

Products and pricing

Every piece we sell is handcrafted to order. Because wood is a natural material, grain, color, and figure vary from board to board — your piece will not be an exact match to the photographs on this site, and small variation is a feature of solid hardwood rather than a defect.

Photographs and screen colors are approximate. We strongly encourage ordering wood and stain samples before committing to a build.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices, product descriptions, and product availability at any time without notice. If a pricing error affects an order you've already placed, we'll contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm your order and begin your build. Cancellations, deposits, changes, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Delivery is governed by our Delivery Policy. Warranty terms are on our Lead Times, Delivery & Warranty page.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we don't warrant that every description, price, or other content is complete, reliable, or error-free. Content is provided for general information and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for a decision.

Care and use

Solid hardwood furniture responds to its environment. Following our care instructions — including maintaining reasonable indoor humidity — is a condition of our warranty. Damage caused by neglect, misuse, or extreme environmental conditions is not covered.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craftsman Decor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
