When ordering outside of Arkansas, send us a text with your address to 501-313-1164 or email info@craftsmandecor.com to receive a customized shipping quote. Each shippinng quote will be custom based on location. We will not process an order that requires shipping until we get the shipping cost confirmed an agreed upon.

To keep our costs low and pass on the savings to you, we utilize curbside delivery services for shipping your order. We want to ensure that your furniture arrives in excellent condition and that you have all the information you need for a smooth delivery experience. Here are some key details to keep in mind:

1. Curbside Delivery for Cost Savings: We employ curbside delivery as a cost-effective shipping method, allowing us to offer you competitive prices on our furniture. While this option helps you save on shipping fees, it's important to understand how the process works.

2. Furniture Weight and Assistance: Depending on the specifications you chose, your furniture order may be fairly heavy. We recommend having a strong and capable individual, such as a family member, a friend, or a helpful neighbor, available to assist you in moving your furniture from the curbside to its final location inside your home. This extra pair of hands will ensure a safe and efficient transfer.

3. Verify Your Order Upon Delivery: Upon the arrival of your furniture, it's crucial to inspect the packaging for any visible signs of damage. Carefully check the exterior of the boxes and take note of any dents, tears, or other visible issues. If you notice any damage to the packaging, please make a clear notation of it on the delivery receipt before signing.

4. Report Issues Within 24 Hours: We take the quality of our products seriously, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If, upon opening your furniture, you discover any damage or defects, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. 5. Keep All Packaging Materials: In the event that you need to return or exchange your furniture due to damage or defects, it's essential to retain all original packaging materials. This includes boxes, foam, and protective coverings. Keeping these materials will facilitate the return process and help us ensure a smooth resolution.

6. In-state Delivery (Arkansas): In-state orders are available for pickup in Benton, AR.  This is the default option.  We do deliver anywhere in the state.  If you desire delivery, we will calculate and send that cost to you based on the address you entered at the time ordering.  This fee will be collected at time of delivery.
