We quote based on real-time carrier pricing at the time of shipment. While we can offer estimates earlier, final shipping costs may vary depending on current freight rates and location.

💪 Heavy Furniture Requires Help

Larger pieces like dining tables and hutches are heavy. Please arrange for assistance—such as a neighbor, friend, or family member—to help bring the item from the curb into your home. Curbside carriers do not provide inside delivery or setup.

Warranty coverage includes:

This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, water damage, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions. If you ever need help maintaining or repairing your piece, we’re always happy to assist.

💵 Down Payments

Because each piece is custom-made just for you, down payments are non-refundable.

Your deposit secures your materials and place in our build queue. It helps us keep our process running smoothly and ensures your furniture receives the attention and detail it deserves.
