⌛ Lead Times

Every piece is handcrafted to order. Our typical lead time is 8–12 weeks from the time of purchase.

Lead times are estimates, not guarantees.
We often finish ahead of schedule, but weather, material availability, and the shop queue can affect timing.
We'll keep you updated with photos and regular communication throughout the build.

🚚 How We Deliver

Free in-home delivery across all five states. In Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Tennessee and Texas, our own team brings your furniture into your home and places it in the room of your choice. No curb, no flat pack, no assembly — and no delivery charge. It's included in the price of your piece.

Once your piece is finished, we'll call to arrange a delivery day that works for you. Someone 18 or older needs to be home to accept it.

Shipping outside those five states. We ship anywhere in the country by freight. Cost depends on the size of your piece and where you are, so rather than guess at checkout we quote it with your table — call or text 501-313-1164 or email info@craftsmandecor.com and we'll give you a delivered number before you commit to anything. Freight delivery is to your curb or driveway, not into your home.

👀 When It Arrives

If we deliver it. We'll walk through the piece with you before we leave. If something isn't right, tell us then — we'd rather fix it on the spot than after we've driven home.

If you notice a surface or cosmetic issue after we've gone, call 501-313-1164 or email info@craftsmandecor.com within 72 hours and we'll make it right. Structural and material defects are covered by the warranty below, with no short deadline.

If it ships freight. If your table arrives damaged, we make it right. Inspect the crate before you sign, note any damage on the delivery receipt — even a scuff — photograph the crate before you unwrap it, and send us the photos within 48 hours. We file the freight claim and repair or rebuild your piece. You never deal with the carrier.

🔒 Warranty

5-Year Craftsmanship Warranty. We cover structural integrity — joinery, construction, and failure of the piece due to workmanship — for five years from delivery, to the original owner.

1-Year Finish & Materials Warranty. We cover defects in the finish and in the wood itself — such as finish failure not caused by use, or an unstable board — for one year from delivery.

What isn't covered. Solid hardwood moves with the seasons. Minor cosmetic checking, hairline cracks, and small seasonal gaps in solid wood are normal and are not defects. We also don't cover normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, water rings, heat damage, damage from misuse or improper moving, damage from extreme humidity or temperature, unauthorized repairs or alterations, or furniture that hasn't been cared for according to our care instructions.

Please keep your receipt — we'll ask for it on a claim. And if you ever need help maintaining or repairing your piece, warranty or not, call us. We'd rather keep your table in the family than see it replaced.

💵 Down Payments

Because each piece is custom-made for you, down payments are non-refundable. Your deposit covers materials and secures your place in our build queue.
